But thankfully, I met up with a friend for lunch who I hadn't seen for awhile.
Like me she also struggled with her weight and here she was sitting across from me looking absolutely amazing! One thing I love about her is that we have an open and honest relationship with each other.
I think she could tell I had a lot on my mind that day.
After some catching up I asked her what she was doing to look so great! As she was talking I
noticed from the corner of my eye all the women staring at her in envy, and all the men
staring at...well let me say she definitely had their attention.
I interrupted her and asked “Do you always get this much…you know…attention?” As I pointed around the restaurant. She smiled and laughed…and then got serious with me.
She told me that it all started with a short quiz and video that someone had shared with her.
She set me up with the link and told me to thank her later...
I’m sure you already guessed what happened next. 🤣
As soon as I got home, I clicked the link, took the short quiz, and watched the video.
Just as she explained, it revealed so much! It had lots of great information that I was not even aware of...It was totally worth the watch!😀
The Simple Change...This Made The Difference. 🤫
I finally found what I had been missing for so many years!
I learned that my struggles with my weight had nothing to do with my diet, exercise or genetics.
By doing this simple routine, I did not have to give up my favorite food group – carbs! It literally freed me from eating carbs and burning them at the Flick of a Switch. Truth be told, I ate pizza🍕 and lasagna last night and still lost when I checked this morning. I still cannot believe it! I am now able to do lots of activities. I still have so much energy left in the day, and I improved my sleep and I’m more rested.
The best part? I can finally fit into my clothes again from when I was in my 20s…And I’m best friends with the mirror again!
